We had a wonderful time showcasing Gateforth Park alongside York House Leisure’s holiday parks at the Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Show 2023 this week.
Our stand was busy for all four days of the show with visitors chatting to our park managers Carol and Paul and our sales and admin manager Helen about all aspects of moving to Gateforth Park and the benefits of owning a park home. During the first day alone, we received 25 enquiries and by the end of the show we had sold one home and reserved a plot.
It was fantastic to meet so many people interested in moving to a park home, and we have been busy ever since following up enquiries and welcoming people to Gateforth to view our park and our show homes.
Homes have been in high demand since Gateforth Park launched just over two years ago. The site is being developed over three phases, with phase 1 already sold out and phase 2 well underway. Once complete, the park will comprise 168 homes, two private fishing lakes, woodland, a dog walking area, a shop, and a community centre with feature lake. Phase 2, where homes are now available, includes the stunning Lakeside area with exclusive fishing pegs at the end of each garden.
