Assisted Move Scheme – How it Works:
Valuation
Two local estate agents will be organised to appraise your property.
Property Report
The team will report back to you with the estate agents valuations, this includes information regarding your local market and any local comparable evidence.
Strategy
Together you decide on a suitable marketing price to achieve market value as soon as possible.
Marketing
They take care of instructing the estate agent, they coordinate and manage the marketing of your property and handle all of the negotiations on your behalf to ensure the best price is achieved on your property.
Sale Agreed
When a sale is achieved at a price you are happy with the property becomes sold subject to contracts (SSTC).
Conveyancing
A specialist CQS Accredited solicitor is instructed and the conveyancing process begins. The team closely monitor and manage the progress of the sale and provide you with weekly updates.
Completion
When completion occurs on an agreed date you are free to move into your new home.
No sale no fee
The cost of 1.25% includes Agent fees, Solicitor fees and the fees of the Assisted Move team. There are no hidden costs to this scheme and therefore if there is no sale there is no fee, it’s as simple as that.
