The winter weather hasn’t dampened activity at Gateforth Park and we’ve been cracking on with the exciting next stage in the development.
With our team on track to welcome the first residents to Phase 2 of our residential park in Spring this year, construction is well underway and the area is really taking shape.
This phase includes the fabulous Lakeside, where all plots come with private, exclusive access to a fishing lake, and this is one of the areas where work has been progressing at pace. As you can see from the pictures below, it is coming along beautifully!
We’ve also been digging out a second fishing lake further up the park, which will be available for all our homeowners to use as part of our Phase 3 launch.
Other developments on Phase 2 over the winter have seen the utilities put in place and the park home bases laid. A comprehensive planting scheme is also due to begin shortly as we prepare the area for its first residents. You can view the site and the location of homes on our map below:
We are now taking enquiries for viewings of our Phase 2 site and homes, and we have a very special park home available as we launch this exciting next stage of Gateforth Park’s development. Phase 1
In addition to Phase 2, we are still taking viewings for Phase 1 of our development, which has proved extremely popular and now has just a handful of plots left. We have one show home to move into straight away – the Avanti 44’ x 20’ sited on plot 12 at Henwood Drive – as well as the following plots and homes:

- Orange Oak 17: 38’ x 20’ Sonata on order (also can reserve now)

With 14 plots reserved on Phase 1, and 30 homes sold and moved into, a really lovely community of residents is developing here on the park. And as we prepare to welcome more new owners over the coming months, it looks set to flourish further!
