The past few months have been tough for all of us but now that restrictions are easing we are delighted to be able to crack on with the continued development of Gateforth Park, our brand new residential park near Selby.
The roadways and park infrastructure are now complete and we’ve built the skirting and steps around the eight show homes that were put in place just before lockdown.
We’ve also finished the exciting stage of landscaping the gardens and communal areas around the first 50 park home bases. All our plots benefit from the sun, have spacious gardens and offer views of the open countryside surrounding the park. The new landscaping, which includes hedging and trees, really gives an idea of how big the gardens are and how each home will sit within its surroundings. On May 20 we re-opened Gateforth Park for viewings and have been busy welcoming people by appointment only to look around the site and the show homes – all while observing social distancing rules of course!
Despite the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus crisis, there has been strong interest in our park homes for sale, with three already sold and six plots reserved.
