Here at Gateforth Park we are doing everything we can during these most challenging of times to assist you in starting or continuing your journey to a new life on a residential park.
Even if you’re not wanting to buy a park home for another year or so, now is a good time to start the process. This is especially important if you’re considering a bespoke model as the market is currently very busy and manufacturers are working as hard as they can to meet demand. The earlier you can get the ball rolling, therefore, the more chance you’ll have of being able to move when you feel the time is right.
Safe viewings
Did you know you can still view homes at Gateforth Park safely and in accordance with current lockdown rules? Under the UK’s Covid-19 restrictions, anyone wanting to move home is permitted to continue with the normal process of viewing properties. Travelling to do this is classed as ‘an essential journey’.
All viewings of our show homes are carried out in accordance with stringent health and safety procedures to keep our visitors and staff safe. Viewings are strictly by appointment only, to allow us to keep our visitors isolated from each other.
Virtual tours
It may be that you have recently received the vaccine and now feel the time is right to pay us a visit. But we completely understand that many people are delaying the process until they feel safer or have had the vaccine. So, for those who are unable to visit in person or would prefer not to do so at the moment, we are also offering virtual viewings of our show homes.
