Gateforth Park re-opened for viewings from Wednesday, May 20th, in accordance with the latest Government guidelines.
After more than seven weeks of restrictions, property viewings across the country have resumed under new coronavirus rules announced in Parliament on May 12th.
It means we are now once again able to offer tours of Gateforth Park and viewings of our brand new show homes.
However, in order to ensure safer viewing these will be by appointment only, so please do not turn up unannounced!
Off-plan sales are now available for the first phase of this new residential park development. Set within the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside next to Selby Golf Club, Gateforth Park will comprise 168 park homes once fully complete. Facilities will include a village green, on-site fishing, meeting area, shop, and extensive open nature area.
The park offers easy access to a range of leisure opportunities in Leeds, York, Whitby and the Yorkshire coast, the North York Moors, and the Yorkshire Dales.

We’ve partnered with Prestige Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes to offer a great range of high quality yet affordable homes at Gateforth Park. Each one will be brand new, detached and can be bespoke if required.
We have some fantastic introductory offers available on our Phase One park homes, as well as a 20 per cent discount on monthly pitch fees until May 2024.
