Gateforth Park is a brand new residential park for the over 50s in beautiful North Yorkshire. As excitement builds for the opening of the first phase in just a few months’ time, we’ll be giving visitors to the show more information about the park and the homes on offer.

Gateforth Park is being developed by family-run company YHL Parks, an experienced developer and operator of residential park homes and holiday parks. Among its portfolio of five sites across North Yorkshire is Quarry Moor and New Park residential park in Ripon and the award-winning York House Holiday Park in Balk near Thirsk.
